The state of things in our country

In the former 2 years the industrial research phase, starting from existing platforms in order to make the solutions immediately industrializable, has an estimated cost in 5 billions, split between several major projects: helicopter of the future (FVL), plane of the future (hypersonic, tempest), european future ship (green vessel), cyber and advanced electronics, tecnologie unmanned, space and satellite technologies), with an attention to be paid to the PMI supply chain. The remaining ones 7,5 billion refer to experimental development activities, prototyping and eventual certification.

Overall, the amount corresponds to the turnover of one year of the national sector industry or to the recovery of an estimated average annual loss equal to one sixth of the turnover, to be recovered in the six years of action of the plan.
