This week the US Army in Europe resumes the strategic maneuver “Defender of Europe 2020” in version “Plus”, that is, with additional exercises, including those of nuclear war.
Washington's aim is to increase tension with Russia by using Europe as the front line of confrontation.
This allows the United States to strengthen their overall influence in Europe – plan facilitated by the Coronavirus crisis – and to increase NATO military spending under their command. This expense, with public money, has already largely passed i 1.000 billions of dollars annually.
