The future of America increasingly armed

The "Budget for the future of America", presented by the US government, shows what the Trump administration's priorities are in the federal budget for the fiscal year 2021 (which begins on 1 October of this year).

First of all, reduce social expenses: for example, it size of 10% the funding requested for the Department of Health and Humanitarian Services.

While the same health authorities communicate that the flu alone caused it in the US, from October to February, circa 10.000 confirmed deaths on a population of 330 millions.

News silenced by the big media, which instead launch the global alarm for the 1.770 deaths from coronavirus in China, country with 1,4 billions of inhabitants who was capable of exceptional measures to limit the damage of the epidemic.

We cannot fail to suspect the real aims of the pounding media campaign, which sows terror on all that is Chinese, When, in the motivation of the US Budget, we read that "America faces the challenge from resurgent rival nation states, in particular China and Russia ».

China is accused of "waging an economic war with cyber weapons against the United States and its allies" and of "wanting to shape the Indo-Pacific region in its own likeness, critical to US security and economic interests ».

So that "the region is free from the evil Chinese influence", the US government finances with 30 million dollars the "Center for Global Commitment to Counter China's Propaganda and Disinformation".

In the context of "growing strategic competition", the US government declares that «the Budget gives priority to financing programs that increase our war advantage against China, Russia and all the other opponents ".

To this end, President Trump announces that, "To guarantee internal security and promote US interests abroad, my Budget requires 740,5 billions of dollars for national defense " (while it requires some 94,5 for the Department of Health and Human Services).

The military allocation includes 69 billions of dollars for overseas warfare, beyond 19 billions for 10 warships e 15 billions for 115 F-35 fighters and other aircraft, 11 billions to upgrade land armaments.

For the Pentagon science and technology programs they are required 14 billions of dollars, intended for the development of hypersonic and directed energy weapons, of space systems and 5G networks.

These are just a few items on a long shopping list (with public money), which includes all the most advanced weapon systems, with colossal profits for Lockheed Martin and other war industries.

In addition to the Pentagon budget, there are various military-related expenses recorded in the budgets of other departments. In the fiscal year 2021, the Department of Energy will receive 27 billions of dollars to maintain and modernize the nuclear arsenal. The Homeland Security Department will have some 52 even for his own secret service. The Veterans Affairs Department will receive 243 billions (the 10% more than the 2020)  for retired military personnel.

Taking these and other items into account, US military spending will exceed , in the fiscal year 2021, 1.000 billions of dollars.

US military spending has a driving effect on those of other countries, which, however, remain at much lower levels. Even taking into account the Pentagon budget alone, US military spending is 3/4 times that of China and beyond 10 times higher than that of Russia.

In this way «the Budget ensures US military dominance in all war sectors: plane, land, maritime, space and cyber-space ", declares the White House, announcing that the United States will shortly be able to produce at two plants 80 new nuclear warheads per year.

"The future of America" may mean the end of the world.
